One of our favorite things to do is give an old item a new look or upcycle it for a new purpose.
We love giving old items a new and updated look. Shown here is a small night light lamp with a dressed up shade to give it a trendy shabby-chic look with burlap and a vintage doile.
Baskets are one of our favorite items to refurbish! It is amazing what a little burlap love can do for a tired and worn basket. Here is a double planter basket that has a fresh new look. Functional and beautiful! What more could you ask for?
We love to go picking and junking! Wooden cutting boards make perfect upcycle projects. The twine star with rustic nails has done well for us. This item is perfect for a primitive-country decor, a lodge or western decor, Americana decor, a young lad's room or nursery, and is even trendy with today's use of salvage decor.
