ABOUT US

Teetortots ~ Vintage & Handcrafted Whatnots is a sisterly venture with whole bunch of help from our dad. Our maiden name is Teetor and well, let's just say we were called Teetortotter a time or two growing up! The Teetortot venture was the brain child of older sis, Lisa. The family told her for years and years that she should be selling her creations. Younger sis, Abby came on board with experience in many creative forms and organizations. Our dad has and still is that dad who could do and fix anything. He has been our backbone, our wisdom, and really a big inspiration for us.

Teetortots began in 2013 with a dedicated year of learning, picking, creating, and planning. In the summer of 2014 we opened a small space inside Thomasville (NC) Antiques Emporium. When we say small, we mean it. The antiques emporium is actually an old Belk's building and our small space was a former dressing room, so there you go. A few months later, we rented another space in the same emporium. The extra space allowed us to share more of our treasures with everyone. The two sisters had the junking bug and they had it bad. In the summer of 2015, Teetortots expanded to their hometown of High Point, NC where we were honored to become a part of Vintage Thrift & Antiques, located in the historic Sherrod House on Main Street. We are now in the works of expanding to two spaces in High Point and could not be more thrilled. We have future goals of expanding to the Winston-Salem area as well. We have dedicated our little venture to God's leading and any success we have had is all because of HIM.
